FAQ & Some Troubleshooting Tips about how to charge the unit: (this is explained in the user manual) (1) make sure the power source is functional. (2) when charging, there should be a charge indicator, make sure it's charged for at least 2 hours before 1st time use, then simply press mid button once, it should turn to solid green indicating it's working. (3) when stay idle, the unit will turn to mode to save power, in this case, it will turn on itself when detecting movement/vibration, there's no need to press the mid power button again. (4) just making sure the unit is charging, and there's no need to charge longer than 2 hours. about the back door on the purifier (1) push the edge toward the mid, then lift, it should open smoothly (2) it's tiny piece and shall not be opened by force, or it will break.
