I don't have to worry when I eat meals that contains a lot of carbs, I just take 3 carb blocker beforemeals and I do see result in my weight.

I have been taking these Carb Blockers for about a year now whenever I am about to have a particularly high carbohydrate meal. I have not had any side effects and I really do believe they work. In the past, I would definitely put on a couple pounds and feel really bloated the next day after a high carb/high calorie/high fat meal. But I never put on any weight when I take three carb blocker pills with 8 ounce of water 1/2-1 hour before I indulge. I highly recommend them!!

I finished both bottles and my assessment is that it works a little but not enough to purchase again for that much money they charged. My diet was intentionally moderate. I made sure that ate good carbs i.e. raw vegetables and minimized on the cooked carbs i.e. rice, potatoes and the such. My stomach wasn't as bloated which I liked but with that said that's why I feel you can my a "beano" type supplement for a lot less cheaper and get the same results.
