I usually never write reviews, like never. I didn’t feel any noticeable positive effect on the other hand gave me some nausea and yesterday some big time vomiting reaction. I honestly wouldn’t have minded the side effects if at least there were any positive effects but since there are none…In addition to that it’s not a cheap product.

Its good when u take it, it does give you heightened awareness , however Once u stop it Will cause memory gaps.

I have started coding as a side study and have heard a lot of talk about this product. I am disappointed by its performance. I take 1 in the morning after breakfast (important to eat) and then I take 1 again in the afternoon to assist me with my studies after work. I found little to almost no cognitive help - your stomach might feel almost “tight/sick” that’s the best way I could describe it and sometimes you might get a headache. Other than that I wouldn’t say I felt any “super concentration “ or “I’m breaking focus” Very “Meh” product

One vitamin was delivered without a box. Doubt if it’s genuine

I had issues with the product the first day I tried it back in April, which is what had me reluctant to use it again. However, I kept it and continued to read reviews from time to time. So, based on mixed reviews, I decided to try it again and did a think-over on what could have been the reason behind it making me sick. The first dose in April was taken as two tablets on an empty stomach. I drank two alcoholic beverages later that day. **Both of these things could have caused a negative reaction. I decided to give it a chance again this month (September). The second time trying the product I ate a normal meal and took one capsule. I did not get sick and was able to stay up all day without a nap or getting distracted. This is important because I work from home. The third time (the second day taking the product back to back days) I took two tablets. I observed more alertness and did not get sick. I decided that taking two capsules was the ideal fit. I am taking one immediately before a meal. Wait about thirty minutes afterward and take the second capsule. That has produced the desired effect for me. I think that it is important to stress that this product works better with food on the stomach or close to consumption time. As for the alcohol being a contributing factor, I did not use alcohol during the second round of testing the product out. I would discourage anyone from trying it that way. It would be better to take a day off of the product if you plan to drink alcohol. I am a coffee drinker and have gone down to one mug a day during the second try. If anyone is wondering, this product did not cause any energy crashes, irritability, nor jitters. Outside of coffee, I have also had a soda with caffeine on some days. This leads me to think it doesn't have a bad side effect with normal caffeine consumption. All in all, I am happy with my purchase and will be using this to replace Neuriva, which is a product I had success with for over a year. I am glad that I did not throw my remaining capsules away and gave them a second chance. My sister who is familiar with my work ethic noticed a remarkable change and asked me what I was doing differently. I apologize for the long response but wanted to be thorough.
