I just love this little chain saw. My neighbor loved it , too, and he bought one for his daughter in Michigan. She loves it , too! So handy and light weight. Battery lasts enough time for me. I'm getting a bit tired and want a break by the time the battery wears out. Cuts through more than I thought it would. My neighbor is a big guy and he used it to clear a brushy area in his yard and he was impressed by it's strength.

This saw is very handy and works well for small jobs. I like the safety feature on the trigger-no accidental startups by bumping the trigger when handling the saw. Now for the bad. This saw came with two batteries- one of which was defective. I contacted the seller and they promised to send me a replacement. I waited a month and contacted them again and they said to be patient. It has been over two months and still no battery! I doubt I will ever see a replacement! I will update if I receive one. Update: 6/13/2021 The seller was unable to send me a replacement battery ( I'm still not sure why) but they did offer a refund, so problem solved. The saw still works very well and I am happy with my purchase! UPDATE 6/29/22 This saw has worked very well and I use far more than I expected. I would definitely buy again if I need to replace this someday!

Two dislikes: with gloves on, engaging safety/start switch is really a two-handed operation; motor housing limits how close to the ground you can cut. Otherwise, a pruning miracle.

It was useful and worked great when I got it but the next year the batteries wouldn’t hold a charge. I only got a few months of occasional use from it.

I was skeptical when I ordered this item because it was so small and the price was low. I was very pleasantly surprised. I am a 73 year old female and used it with ease. It is lightweight and easy to handle. I used it to cut a small tree plus it cut through bamboo. I am amazed at the power this mini chainsaw has. The price was great, and I also received 4 chains along with it. I just can't say enough good things about this item.

Great product! Even better, includes case, 2 batteries, gloves, adjustment tools, oiler & extra cutting chains. Easy to use & maintain, cuts through branches quicker than a lopper. Makes tree and brush trimming effortless. Used mine to trim fruit trees and cut saplings.

my wife likes having a way to trim limbs and twigs . i like the fact I don't need to get out a big chainsaw to do small trimming jobs. yes, i used it a couple times also. kinda fun. unexpectedly sharp chain. I was pleased how long the batteries lasted between charges.

Best purchase ever! Way more powerful than expected, chain quality is better than expected with minimal manual oiling! As fast as I could pile branches, wife had limbs cut off and burned. Worked hard all weekend with using 4 battery charges in one long day of continuous use.

It was supposed to be already assembled with a chain but it isn't. Also, it sais 2 spare batteries which implies 3 batteries. Only 2 in package. Hope I don't put it together wrong considering its supposed to be all together already

Drive gear broke 3 batteries in, good idea, piece of junk
