Will it strip thin enameled or polyurithane magnet wire? Just wanted to verify.

It will strip a sheathed wire, however, coated magnet wire wouldn't be stripped so much as scraped. A few passes might get most off but you would still likely be better off with using some fine sandpaper to remove it.

Will it strip Teflon coated or ptfe stranded wire?

I was trying to strip 36awg silver plated copper wire. Forget it it's really a junky tool. Hard to believe it's made in Germany.

Can this device strip cat 6 Ethernet cable?

Cat5e is typically 24 gauge. Cat6 should always be 23 but some that is 24 is out there. 24-26 AWG for Cat 5e and 23-24 AWG for Cat 6.
