Five stars. These patches stayed on all night, did not irritate the skin, and left no mark. We bought the Mighty Patch Original in August 2022 and have since used up the whole package. We used them on pimples with a visible head. Application was very easy and even, which made them simple to put on. What worked for us: the adhesiveness held through the whole night. Está muy bien el precio por la cantidad de parches, son los mejores parches que he probado, tienes que ponerlos SOLO cuando el grano está grande y completamente blanco (lleno de pus) y al siguiente día al quitártelo puede dejarte un hueco, usa otro para que saque lo restante y cicatrice bien

I’ve been using the Hero Cosmetics Mighty Patch Original for a few months now and they’ve become a staple in my nighttime routine. I usually put one on a whitehead or small inflamed pimple right before bed. They stick well even on slightly oily skin, stay put all night, and don’t leave a sticky residue in the morning. By the time I wake up the pimple is noticeably flatter, less red, and a lot of the gunk has been pulled out into the patch (you can actually see the white center). They’re not a miracle for deep cystic acne, but for surface-level spots they work better than most spot treatments I’ve tried. I like that they’re drug-free and don’t dry out the surrounding skin. A pack lasts a decent amount of time if you’re not covering half your face every night. Would definitely repurchase.
