Does this cut potatoes for French fries ?

I just tested this product and yes it works with making potato french fries. It went thru ther p[potatoes easily. Just make sure you slice potato in half and the total length of the potatoes radius does not exceed the length from the top blade to the inside base.

According to the seller documenting, yes it is.

Can green leafy vegetables be cut easily and well with this, such as lettuce, cabbage, spinach, and kale?

Although I haven't tried any leafy greens, I don't think it would do very well on things that are too soft. I'm afraid they would just get mushy (technical culinary term). The device is great with olives, potatoes and roma tomatoes but I'm pretty sure it would be a waste of time to try lettuce....sorry.

Can the slicing blade be used for Onions ?

o - it says on the blade for soft food and gives examples of what to use
