wow, it is very thick and seems durable. I was skeptical about the bottom as it looked like it will be slippery. Definitely sturdy and give you the extra comfort for your knee and feet during workout/yoga. Worth more than the price i must say.

Great buy. This mat is exactly as described—extra thick, sturdy, and genuinely comfortable for workouts. The cushioning is excellent for knees and back, it grips well on the floor, and the carry strap makes it easy to tote around. Feels like real value for the price. Definitely worth the price. Very good quality thick and nice

These really are extra thick! Great value for money, the color is unique and the texture is rubbery soft.The only downside to an extra thick mat is that you can easily wedge them, but I’ve been using it for 3 months and I’m perfectly happy with it.However, keep in mind that extra thick sometimes affects your balance when doing balance poses, but I just do those on the side of the mat, because it’s really comfortable for all other purposes from warm up to cool down.

I was on the lookout for a good yoga mat to replace my current one as my current one was thin and causing me pain in joints. hence, I wanted a mat with enough grip at the same time adequate comfort. this mat met all my needs. it is made of a kind of rubber hence it has adequate grip on the floor and doesn't move on tiled floor (even though the profile says that it is not suitable for tiled floor). it is almost 13mm in thickness so it provides adequate comfort and cushion. it is not as heavy as you would expect a rubber mat to be, however, since it is bulky it maybe cause slight inconvenience while carrying. the only con i could think of is the smell. it has a new rubber smell and it lingers on ur clothes at times. may cause problems for asthmatic people. but i am hoping that airing it out for a few days may improve that. I would say that this mat is comparable to the decathlon pilates mat but at less than half the price. i purchased it for rs. 850 in the republic day sale and it is a win. still cannot comment on the durability.
