Before these anchors, I always used the ones with toggle bolts. They were a pain in the ass, expensive, and impossible to retrieve after a failed hole, or after the hole was no longer in use. These metal anchors are strong, I only broke one, but with a predrilled whole of proper diameter, you'll be safe.
