Perfect for use in the bathroom to add a towel hook where you really need one. My master bath has a towel bar a bath tub's length away from the stall shower. This hook allowed me to place it on the wall just outside of the stall shower to hang a towel for after the shower within arm's reach. Perfect. Has held well, and no issues with the weight of a dry towel (I have a rack placed elsewhere for the towel to dry (replacing another dry towel from the rack onto the hook for the next shower). Brushed chrome finish matches my bathroom hardware perfectly.

The East Mudroom has become a hotbed of unpleasantness at The Manor. It is, after all, where the hounds reenter following an excursion to the grounds. I selected these hooks to be a quick solution by adding them to each of the hounds' personal lockers. They fit right in and are sufficient at holding the weight of a full towel, however they are not as sturdy as one may desire. I find them to easily shift about on their attachment and, when the towel is retrieved with a certain level of hostility, can come off entirely. After one such occurrence the hook went flying and this disturbed the hounds, who already dislike having their feet cleaned. I now keep my passions in check when interacting with the hooks and I suggest you do the same.

Over the years, I've had a frustrating experience with suction cups on my bath/shower walls. They always seemed to fall off at the most inconvenient times - usually in the middle of the night - scaring the beejeebus out of me and my cats. I finally decided to try these hooks and I'm glad I did. The most challenging part of the installation was cleaning the area where the hook would be placed. Using rubbing alcohol in a small space made me a bit dizzy, but other than that, the process was smooth. I've been using these hooks to hang my loofahs and various exfoliating brushes, and I've had no reason to believe the hook is coming loose anytime soon. It seems very sturdy. I hope removal (when that time comes) will be just as easy. The main reason I chose this brand is that I want to trust it more than some of the knockoff products, since I live in an apartment and don't want to risk losing my deposit for damaging the tub/shower walls. Thankfully, I've had no issues with any of their other products, so I'm confident in these hooks. If you need an easy way to add some hooks to your tub, I highly recommend these. They're worth every penny.

I bought 2 of these a year ago and both have stayed fixed in place for all that time, each with a heavy bath towel hanging on it. I attached them to a gloss painted wooden bathroom door. When I first tried to affix them I didn’t follow all of the instructions and it didn’t work. Having redone it following the instructions precisely there has been no issue. An excellent product that I would buy again.
