Can I charge my tablet with the case on?

Yes you can. And you can still plug headphones in too. Good case

Does this have cover ports

I think you are asking if there are little covers that flip open to cover all the ports like an otter box for a phone. It does not. There are holes for all the ports that give it great protection with easy access to everything You do need to remove the cover to access the memory card slot.

Does it fit tab e sm-t377v?

TabE SM-T560NU is the only tablet I think this case was designed for.
