Here is another fine, yet not very difficult, puzzle from Eurographics. Hints for solution: DO NOT attempt to do the borders first. You should first pick a state color - I did red - then sort the states by color, including with your chosen first color all pieces having any of that color. Assemble each state individually; I used the 8-1/2 x 11 light cardboard backs of writing pads for each. Do the same for each color, joining states and areas as appropriate. Next, assemble the state flags at the bottom. Note that they are in alphabetical order. You may now work on the bodies of water, noting their names and the lines of latitude and longitude in addition to the relative positions of holes and tabs. Finally, assemble the borders, using the latitude and longitude numbers and the hole and tab positions as guides. When assembling a state, refer to the package map to place the cities and state names properly. I'll be buying another copy of this puzzle to help teach a child geography; it's a fine and fun way to learn.

Great puzzle, tested my memory, thoroughly enjoyed putting it together.

I realized with all the Covid news that my knowledge of geography was somewhat lacking. I quizzed my husband about the capitols of each state and both of us were surprised at how often we were clueless...So I asked for this puzzel for Christmas and it came early, so I opened it as my birthday present. It was fun, and I am keeping it to put it together again because there are so many places to explore. It has made me want to travel to some of these places after we one day--hopefully--get past this time in our history, and can travel again! I ordered the World puzzel because it was so fun!

I enjoyed working on this puzzle but one piece was missing so I’m disappointed.

Fun to put together.

After doing some 500- and 750-piece puzzles, this was my first 1000-piece puzzle. It did not disappoint! While knowing some American geography definitely made the experience easier, I still learned a lot of geography from putting this together. My favorite thing about this puzzle is that there aren’t huge swathes of it that are all the same color, so every section of the puzzle felt doable.

My family is spread coast-to-coast, so we have as many reunions as possible. At every one, we worked on a jigsaw puzzle together. Isolated from my family members, alone in a very rural setting, I decided to order the puzzle for myself. It brought back so many happy memories of when my family was together, enjoying each other's company, laughing and loving. This is the perfect COVID-19 project. I discovered I had forgotten a lot about U.S. geography, and was delighted to brush up!!! I plan to order the World Map puzzle for my next challenge. Super happy with this puzzle company!

For me working on a puzzle is like having therapy. It relax me and help my anxiety. I really enjoyed it.

Well built puzzles with great fitting pieces. One cautionary note: the fonts on some pieces are very small, so you need good eyesight to complete. Also, this is definitely NOT a puzzle for children! It's pretty tough!

Attention, les pièces ne sont pas comme on a l’habitude pour les puzzles. Elles ont toutes les formes, alors bon courage ! J’ai encadré ce puzzle cela rend super bien.

Il puzzle è molto benfatto, la forma dei pezzi non è quella canonica, hanno tutti forme molto irregolari ma per chi come me ama ascoltare della buona musica e dedicare tempo al proprio hobby, questo puzzle sarà di sicuro un ottimo passatempo

Dieses Puzzle war ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Man würde ja meinen, dass Puzzlen eher eine langweiliges Hobby ist. Aber man kann damit sehr gut "runterkommen" und einen konzentrierten Flow-Zustand erreichen... War mein erstes Puzzle dieser mir bis dato unbekannten Firma, kannte bisher nur Ravensburger und Schmidt-Puzzle. Umso überraschter war ich von der sehr guten Qualität. Die Puzzleteile sind sehr stabil und vor allem: Matt lackiert. Dadurch kommt es nicht zu unerwünschten Blendeffekten. Die Teile sind etwas anderes geschnitten als die herkömmlicher Puzzle deutscher Hersteller. Man hat tatsächlich den Eindruck, dass keine Form doppelt vorkommt. Ob das so ist, kann ich aber nicht mit Gewissheit sagen. Bestelle mir als nächstes die Europakarte.
