Please ignore people who do not know what they are saying. Liquid Nitrogen is harmful because of the temperature required to keep it in liquid form. This bottle contains Nitogren Gas used as a propellant. The same nitrogen gas that makes up 78% of the air you breathe daily. This is just pressurized to help the can expel the water and make the mist more fine.

can you first spray your with setting spyay then appply facial make then respray with facial setting spray?

It would probably work. I like to use Evian spray to add moisture and I don't use setting sprays. It won't hurt to try.
