Can it be used on brown carpets ?

I have used it successfully on all carpets and rugs, including dark brown.

Can it remove Nut butter?

Yes. And if the spot is still visible after your first Resolve treatment (the whole process), you might need to treat the Nut Butter spot twice. The Resolve enzymes break down the food or urine or whatever your soiled spot is, and I find it helps to generously spray the spot, after removing as much as you can before you spray Resolve, then rub it in/work it in to the carpet fibers - this should create a lather, and let it stay on for at least 10 mins before soaking it up with paper towels or a clean absorbent towel. Does this help remove wine?

I was able to remove red wine with this item. I did however put white wine on it as it helps to take out red wine. I also boiled water after spraying the resolve on it. But yes, it came out :)
