Awesome
Pitted these against my svs cables. I tested them both electronically and sonically. The svs are a great value. I played the same 45 seconds over and over flipping the inputs over and over. Also switched the cables to the other inputs. I could actually hear more music from the qed. I think they are just constructed better. I lost track of what was where at one point. The qed was still the winner.

Really good quality
So I’ve always had stock cables in my setups and not thought too much of it until I was unwell and began doing more research. YES cables do definitely make a difference. All the small things you do can add up to a big difference so o highly recommend the QED PERFORMANCE 40i cables

Get cable
I really like this cable it's very open and natural sounding. But you really have to allow for burn in with this cable. It's very bright originally but it really does tame down. They reckon 96 hours and I think that figures correct as after it's much smoother.

Great quality and sound. Hovewer no Anamate plugs anymore!
I was suprised to receive cable without Anamate plugs! I checked at QED official site and they don't make them anymore. I contacted them with a question about it but they not responded. Anyway, these cables are really nice built, gloden plated RCA plugs fit strongly and there is obvious improvement in sound of my turntable compared to those that came with it when purchased. I'm not a cables freak. Actually I find stupid to go beyond 50-100€/m. Quality cable is a must and QED Performace 40i are really nice. After long research I found that this is the sweet spot for cables. No regrets!

Great for some systems, less so for others (true for all cables)
1. If your system is just a teeny bit lacking in top end then these might suit you. My system is the opposite so I ended up going with the Chord C-Lines. 2. Do check out the Primewire cables too (£15, https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B079FTRQ1D?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details). They sound VERY similar to the QEDs, are well made and are £50 cheaper.

Quality and sound of product
Used it to connect pre amp to wireless speaker to get optimum sound quality and for the money it was the best option.
