Is the 20lb and 50lb the same vest, just with more or less weight...or are the designs different?

Hi, actually 2 separate vests.. but if you buy the 50 lbs vest for sure you can remove weights down to 20, ..but if you buy the 20 vest, you won't be able to add weights up to 50..

So would the 80 pound best get in the way or bother if you’re running?

It flops around if your a skinny build. I used the 75lbs best to train for firefighting. You can run in it but it hurts the back after a mile with it bouncing around. I’m 6’ 160lbs and wear a hoodie under it
