Excellent on the ice
I needed something for the sheet ice I was encountering on my morning walk. It was almost impassable on most days. I bought these on a whim, put them on, bingo, it’s like walking on a normal lane. Great traction, secure and very effective. They are easy to put on (I have the L size on a size 8.5 boot, it would go another size up) so the sizing chart is correct. Easy to fasten with the strap, and there’s a small carry bag. Definitely recommended if like me you were slipping and sliding before falling sideways into a bramble bush. Just saying.

Easy to fit.
I used these crampons in the snow on a walk covering two of the peaks on the Carneddau range in Eryri last week. They were easy to fit over my boots and remained secure. They gave superb traction on the steep snow covered slopes. At the conclusion, they were easy to remove. Very pleased with the purchase.

Perfect for peace of mind when in dangerous places
Bit clunky to put on until you read the instructions and figure it out then they are very good, solid and strong, helpful in the mud and loose ground not just ice, after falling twice in one day it was time for these and I'm much safer in the woods

Product looks good but One strap missing
Product looked okay but one strap meant to fit it to size was missing which was disappointing because I couldn’t return the item and order another one in time for my trip to Iceland. Otherwise, it looks sturdy.

Inspire confidence in slippery conditions!
These are excellent - they provide security on hard-packed snow and ice. Ice gets particularly slippery when it starts melting and a film of water sits on top of the ice. These spikes pass through the water to grip the ice below so, on surfaces where I would certainly be slipping in boots, these inspired confidence! They were easy to attach to boots and stay put. I will be stowing a second pair with my walking boots in the boot of the car.

Bought these slip on ice cleats for walking the dog in this snowy winter. They fit both my boots and my husband’s. Super easy to put on and they stay on! Makes walking on icy sidewalks feel like a sunny summer day! Would definitely recommend!

Bought these after a spring of getting into hiking and trying to go up wet, packed snow in runners. Not a great plan. Would've been nice. By the time I bothered buying em, though, they were unnecessary for basically everything I did. Granted, I'm a lot more comfortable than most just going it in my trail shoes, but despite that these have some key features I like: - they are cheap. I can wear em even where snow turns to rock/dirt and there's patches of both ice and rock. Easy to slip here, but you'd also not want to damage real crampons or expensive spikes. These? Who cares. Keeps me safe. - they're light, and broadly compatible. Even on alpine objectives where I bring Crampons, these are a nice backup in case of gear failure. Had to do that once, and they stopped me from a very slow attempt to get out of a gnarly solo winter hike - if you do something stupid like go up to 3500m in a tshirt without gloves, they let you confidently run down a snowy mountain to avoid frostbite :D Overall, in my opinion there's not too much room where these are necessary but you wouldn't pack crampons. But, they're convenient in basically all snowy areas, and the use cases above you'll be glad to have em. Would recommend.

My place is very snow and icy. The snow went up to past my thighs this year and the ice was dreadful. These crampons are heavy duty! The spikes are really, really big, it's awesome. I wear these around the driveway when I'm shovelling, and they are also handy for going out to fetch firewood. These grip the ice really well, they dig in deep for guaranteed no slip when out and about. They make outdoor winter chores a lot easier! These were easy to put on over boots, check the orange part, it tells you which end goes on the back of your foot. See the video I attached for an example of how to put on the straps. I definitely recommend this product, it's a good value. I might get another pair for my sister who lives in an icy, hilly area.

Saved my ass for my first ever winter hiking trip. It did a pretty good job to prevent slipping, but the chains and claws look just OK to me, not very solid, not sure how it is for the longterm.

Great crampons- my wife already had a pair of these amd we bought this pair to keep in the car for hiking and emergencies- nowadays they are cheap enough to buy two pairs. We get lots of snow and ice here and these make walking on it much safer. The rubber is thick and strong, and they're easy to fit- just pull on the toe and then heel. The photos are of Medium size on a women's size 6.5 winter boot. We also loves the orange colour, which adds a little more fun.
