Can you wear this under football shoulder pads?

Yes but not very supportive. Flex tape gives same amount of support

Not sure I understand what you are talking about. The Double Shoulder Support is not part of any shirt. This model seems to be wearing a shirt underneath the Shoulder Brace. I know I do the same thing, more comfortable that way. As for providing shoulder retraction I can only say my experience using this Support system seems to keep everything in place. I have a separated rotor cuff tendon and doing any heavy lifting before getting this support system was difficult and painful. I have few problems now. In fact was Bench Pressing 90lbs plus the machines bar this morning. 4 Sets of 20, 15, 12, and 10 reps. No problem. Except I was a tad tired but no pain or at least not enough pain to make me stop the exercise routine. Hope that answers your question.

What does Pack of one mean? Only one side?

It’s a brace for one adult. However, it is not a good brace. It has too many different straps which makes it hard for one person to put on by themselves. Not a good product. I sent it back. The picture on line is not a good representation of the actual product. I recommend don’t buy this one, keep looking online.
