It works great! Only problem is that it’s weak from the upper and lower biting sides. It works better when bitting from the right and left side's. This product can be improved from manufacturer. By switching the the biting sides around. Check out the photos. I been biting on the right and left sides. No rip or anything! 😃

It definitely works, though limited . Full range of motion (wide open mouth to clench) is what activates all jaw muscles, neck included. This product lacks the height to reach those, and will focus on the muscle at the jaw joint- giving you a funny chubby cheek look. I did enjoy it while it lasted. (It ripped from overuse after 4 days). Also as others have stated , if you bite the sides instead of the intended you get more range of motion but again, will eventually succumb to breaking apart. Edit: Fantastic customer service. Bumped up to 4 stars. Currently trying the black version and it's lasting longer.

I have had this product for a while and have used it a lot! It is still in great shape, I bought another product similar to this one and it did not last as well as this one. I recommend it!

This product worked great for as long as it lasted, one week. As you can see the back end ripped and therefore this is no good. The ratings are low because the product did not last long at all.

I purchased the strongest resistance and I should have started with the lowest one first.

Maybe to start off this would work but for me it’s no challenge... almost as not using anything.

Will post pics later. It’s really bringing out definition on my masseter muscles. For those who are breaking them…probably need the stronger resistance. This one doesn’t make my teeth start to move forward like JawzRsize. One tip: make sure that you are biting while your jaw and teeth are aligned. Otherwise, your muscles will start to develop unsymmetrically.

i used it for a week or 2 and it wore down it felt like it worked but it’s not a good product if you have to keep buying new ones

Excellent item! Simple instructions and easy to use. Very comfortable in the mouth. Will keep up the jaw exercises.

Esta perfecto no te hace daño el material blando del que está hecho aguanta perfectamente la mordida. De todas formas tened en cuenta que las personas que no están acostumbradas a hacer este ejercicio les dolerá la mandíbula y la cabeza tras realizarlo el producto esta muy bien quizá de tamaño sea un pelin grande.

Works great, durable and comfortable. And they're absolutely right, the molars are meant for chewing, not the front teeth. Excellent design.
