I received this product and was interested in trying a more complete magnesium supplement. Best supplement to get better sleep and restful night.
Ever since I started taking these, I have been sleeping so well. My massage lady recommended these and I am so grateful she did. I take two before going to sleep and within 30 minutes I am relaxed and fall asleep. I have been getting a lot of rem and deep sleep and feel rested everyday. I would recommend. These are better than melatonin.

A necessity
Have been taking for a year, I take before bed or when I start getting over stimulated from life and my husband says I’m a magnesium junky now lol. When I start getting edgy I know I need to take my magnesium. I also have wayyyyy less migraines and sleep better. Won’t be without a backup bottle.
