Love this compost bin
Love this compost bin. Takes a while to put together. The directions are not the best, but no more turning compost piles is worth it. I like the reversable door so you remember which side to put scraps in. The wheels are handy for moving it around. Reasonable price too.

Hot Frog Rocks!
Easy to put together, easier after I read the directions. 3 days for 61 yr old experienced female. (Put lots o stuff together. bookcases, storage bench, greenhouse tent, ...) Love that wheels make it easy to move around yard.

compost maker do your stuff
opened the box, took out all the pieces, checked the inventory list, all o.k. put the frame together THEN set the whole thing aside for a week............was suprisingly easy to put together when i finally did get back to it. i put it together in my living room. should have taken it outside to put on the wheels because the wheels made it difficult to get out the patio door. still not sure how i did it. anyway, it is now in a full sun location and has the first batch of stuff in it. the feet (NOT the wheels) turn over with little effort. think the plastic against the metal slippery. even with screws as tight as i could get them, the feet still turned over a bit when getting composter in place. i think it will be fine since i don't plan to move it around a lot. also, noticed the sliding door on top moves over a bit when spinning. not much movement, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. i just push it back in place. it is cute, colorful, will see how it works. i do like it. i did also buy some compost starter, haven't put that in yet. glad i bought it. after a couple of months, i may be back to update. it is lightweight. really like the way the indentations are in every panel. great for spinning. give it a try. one person can put it together although may go easier with two.

Great backyard composter.
I like the wheels although other reviews predict the wheels break easily. I had to replace the wheels & the rod that holds the wheels is too weak to hold the weight of a busy compost bin. It was somewhat difficult & definitely time-consuming to assemble w all those little screws. I like how easy it is to turn. But now the plastic has failed & I must replace the bin after 6 yrs. This is the only one on Amazon w wheels.

Sturdy compost tumbler
Installation was fairly simple using the instructions from the company's website. The screws were standard material, not soft, putty-like as mentioned in another review. After one week the barrel id doing a great job of heating the compostable material. Its fairly sturdy plastic but since it's outside in the hot Texas sun, I don't expect it will last forever. I haven't noticed rats yet which was the issue with my on-ground pile.

Very nice composter!
It was a bit of a bear to assemble, but I got through it and when I completed it, I was very impressed with the quality of this item. My wife loved it too!

I love this thing
I genuinely love using this compost bin. Its my first time composting and it works as intended. Assembly was really easy and its very durable. The only thing I did not do was screw in the last bolts on the feet bars and the wheel bars which I will do soon because those flop around when I spin the bin as my mom says.

ORDEAL to build. If you like to try your patience - go ahead and buy it. I dare you.
I bought this based on reviews. Five hours to put together and I am a handy kinda guy. Mine was shipped with virtually no instructions. The outside frame had instructions but were very confusing with no part identification or order of assembly. The chamber itself was horrible. 56 screws and nuts. The only instructions for the chamber is the little sheet in the middle of the attached picture and it shows an assembled chamber with no steps. I had to dissemble much of it twice as I discovered how the ends come together. There is only one way. It would have been double the time if I didn't have an electric drill/driver and socket set to help. The screws use a square tip fitting. Must have a flash light to look inside chamber to find the screws and nuts for tightening. Takes two people for much of the chamber to hold things together and to reach the back screws (my 37" arms are not long enough to hold nut on inside and tighten the screw on the outside). The unit itself looks to be sturdier than the last composter I had but if I knew the difficulty of assembly I would not have bought it. BTW I did try to find instructions on line but to no avail.
