Great strap fir physical therapy

Worth every penny!
Great strap for strength and stretching! I got it for strengthening my right leg and thigh muscles. My PT uses one similar for my exercises at my appointments and it works great. I love the color! The grip is strong and sturdy! My foot fits right into the loops with no problem and I get a good stretch. Worth the buy! Don’t go for the imitation. This even came with a pamphlet of examples of stretching exercises you can do for your body! You will not be disappointed!

Quality Strap (Does Not Stretch)
Sturdy material and this product works well for its intended purpose. Please be aware that this is not an elastic or stretching material. It’s a strap.

Using this strap for post-operative knee replacement
This strap is a live saver. I had a total knee replacement, and this strap was primarily bought for my post-operative recovery/exercise plan. This strap is very durable/not at all stretchy , and there's no way that I could transfer myself from bed to standing, and standing back to bed, without this strap. It allows you to have full control of the movement of my leg, thus saving you a lot of pain and heartache. My family had to sleep downstairs with me, as I couldn't get in or out of bed without their assistance , until my strap arrived. I'm not sure of what the loops are used for, but it still works for me. My physical therapist reccomended that I purchase this prior to my TKR. You can always use a sheet, or a pillowcase, in place of this yoga strap, but this is very easy to use, always ready.

Stretch strap
Awesome strap to do all kinds of stretches. Really helps to hit very tough areas to stretch that muscle that you can’t do just alone.
