Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. Great quality. True to size probably tastes like fish. The texture is probably fish. Like the protein is probably great with fish. I got these cause. They make homemade dog food, and it covers the omega 3's and some of the omega sixes for the dogs. These are perfect for that. I don't eat them myself, and I think they stink.It's just like they should

If you like sardines this is a great value with tons of nutrition!! I give it also in small quanities to my inside and outside cats and they love it ....its good for them too! My lab likes them..( labs like most anything ) and is cheaper than salmon as a small topper for his food. This is a staple to stock up on and has a long shelf life!

The flavor is what you'd expect from sardines. I’ve consumed just three tins, and the sardines--so far—were not “the whole fish” but broken (though not “chum”). Since am not out for looks but for flavor, these were ok for salads or as, for example, a side dish with rice; but do not expect to serve them as ‘canapes’. Thus the 4 stars.

Cat and Dog love them Great price and the cat and dog love them. They are in water so healthy for them both. Builds up there iron with just one twice a week. Reviews said they were bits and pieces, but that is not true. They came full sardines. Shipping was delayed 2 days though.

I was hoping to like these because my regular brand is not available at this time, however, I was disappointed. The price was okay, the sardines were in many pieces and not one was a filet, they were very soft...much more mushy than I am used to eating...and quite a lot of water. I doubt I will buy these again...but if they are the only ones available, I might.

Dry high quality taste, I eat them right out of the can sometimes! Best recipe is a citrus cucumber and chick pea salad I found in the review videos. It’s not a measuring recipe - it’s a dump and eat recipe so no need to take notes!
