How often should we re-apply?

I can tell you what I do: I spray my clothes down when I go out in the yard, but not my skin unless my ankles are showing under my pants. Then when I come in I change clothes and leave the sprayed clothes hanging outside the door, and if I have to go back out again later that day in the garden I put the sprayed clothes back on and hit em again with the spray. But I had Lyme disease years ago, so I don’t mess around, but also I don’t want to spray my skin multiple times a day, every day. Hope that helps!
