Yes. If you read the book, "Dirty Electricity" by Samuel Milham, MD, MPH, he discusses the use of these kinds of meters - his use of them in his research. That book is real eye-opener! I could hardly believe the amount of radiation/emf put out by my atomic clock that plugs into the wall. It was off the meter's scale. I got rid of it and bought a small battery operated atomic clock. The radiation from it hardly registers on the meter. I don't have a smart meter, but if I did, I'd sure be checking it out. I've read about how they're making people sick.

Later as cell phones went up in frequency, the circuitry was changed to keep up. Now cell phones are nearing below soft X-rays at 5 GHz. 5 Gigs. They will stay at 4G, I guess. But no, since you are Radiology, and you ask about an esoteric frequency, I guess in your case you are like a scientist and I could easily refer you to the CellSensor's more sophisticated brothers, you know the thousands of dollars here or there.
