I need 20 for work, will all the keys be different?

I only needed one- but I needed 4 keys to that one bag. I contacted Master and I was told that they cannot offer replacement keys. So if you lose one you are buying a new bag. It would have changed my buying decision had I known this in advance and Master should SERIOUSLY look into this glaring oversight!

I must be a moron, but my bag doesn't lock? I can "lock" the lock but the zipper is still exposed?

The pull tab on the zipper will remain exposed when the bag is locked. When locked, the slider piece attached to the cylinder will engage with the zipper to securely lock and prevent from opening. If you are experiencing issues, please contact customer service at 800-464-2088.
