Not 15 minutes. Only lasts 12 mins 20 seconds.
The sand timer ends at 12 minutes and around 20 seconds. NOT 15 minutes. The timer being the right time is the bare minimum. I reached out the seller and I hope I hear back, if not, I will contact amazon.

It’s 15 minutes and a few seconds and sometimes a little sand stays at the top (you can tap it with your finger at it’ll come down) and that’s okay; it’s a beautiful small hourglass with pretty sand and I use it when I meditate. I love it!
