Can the many channels of the presonus be accessed individually by obs running on windows? will it need an asio (or other) driver and/or an obs plugin?

For OBS, you are usually going from the output of the mixer.. What you send out will go out to OBS. This will require live mixing on your board

Can I connect a turntable and cassette deck to this mixer?

Does the hybrid model store scenes?

It doesnr store scenes unless studio one does so. And even then itbis in the software not the onboard user memory card.
