recently i've been experiencing a really bad bout of constipation, most likely due to a combination of chronic dehydration and a severe uptick in stress. Miralax powder used to be my go-to for occasional constipation, but this time it just wasn't cutting it. i felt bloated and backed up for over a month, and every time i was able to go it felt like i wasn't getting everything out. i tried saline stool softeners, eating chia seed pudding every morning, and pretty much anything else i could think of to avoid having to use a stimulant laxative because they honestly kinda scare me. i know it's a last resort kind of thing and it that can really mess up your rhythm if used in excess, but at this point i felt like it was finally time to give it a try. i'm 5'5 and 130lbs, and after reading the directions as well as the reviews on here i decided to take two of these with a large amount of water before i went to bed. i would recommend starting with just one like the directions say, but at this point i was desperate and two felt safe enough since the maximum recommended dosage is 3. i slept perfectly fine, and when i woke up in the morning i didn't feel any sort of cramping or urge to go or movement in my digestive tract, so i got a little disappointed because i thought it didn't work. well, after being up and about for maybe 15 minutes, i suddenly felt something coming on, and... yeah. this stuff works. i don't even remember the last time i felt this empty. be warned that it is NOT pretty the way it comes out lol. i do feel the need to stress that products like this are absolutely not something you should use regularly or for extended periods of time. it's something you should only resort to if nothing else has worked. i'm going to focus on staying hydrated and getting lots of fiber in my diet, and hopefully i'll get back to my regular rhythm. that being said, when i felt like i truly needed it, this product certainly did give me the results i was looking for.

Don't take this if you have to leave your house. It works amazingly!! I took my first pill before bed at like 11pm. At 5:30am it worked! I feel lighter and less uncomfortable than before I took it. Just like a cleanse but without feeling sick. Its worth the money spent. Very effective. No after taste or scent.

The tablets are comfort-coated, so they’re easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach irritation for me going down. One thing worth noting: it can cause some cramping a few hours in, which seems pretty normal for a stimulant laxative, so I wouldn’t plan anything too active the next morning. 50 tablets is a good supply for occasional use, and the “new look, same relief” packaging didn’t change how well it works. I appreciate that it’s a predictable, doctor-recommended option rather than something I have to guess about.

They work. I’ve had the need to take this OTC laxative on a few occasions so I’m pretty familiar with them In addition, I recently had a colonoscopy & doses of Dulcolax were part of the prep. Now if I need a fast acting, reliable & effective laxative there’s only one I would choose….Dulcolax. It works every time!

Effective. The pills are tiny so be careful taking them out of the packaging. But they’re helpful! Do not taste like anything, good value, and pending the person can be gentle on the stomach. Mine tends to cramp more but it works.

If you take medicine that causes constipation I can recommend this product. Every now and then things move a little slower. I took 1 in the morning with a large amount of water. My Dr said it was alright occasionally.
