Ottimo prodotto. Ormai per me inseparabili per i miei esercizi di tirata. Acquistati perché sono un fanatico del grip training stimolano veramente tantissimo mani,pollici e avambracci. Io li uso principalmente su bilanciere Ez e manubri fino a 20 kg perché dai 22 kg in su l'impugnatura è di 35 mm e quindi mi sono visto costretto ad acquistare gli One dato che non ho una mano grandissima. Consigliatissimi
