I seldom write product reviews because few products live up to their hype and my expectations. However, the Rhodiola Rosea Gummies far exceeded my expectations. I order this product to help control my cortisol levels.As a bit of background, I have been lifting weights for just a little over 40 years. Currently, I lift five (5) days a week, as well as walk several mile three (3) or four (4) days a week. As you can imagne, I live with daily aches and pains. I do not lift as heavy as I used to and i lift more for muscular strength and endurance. Consequently, I suffer from tendonitis (it sucks getting old).After taking this supplement for four (4) days, the aches and pains in my shoulders, elbows and lower back, as well as a six (6) month bout of tendonitis in my right elbow were completely gone! I have never had a supplement improve my life as quickly and drastically as this one!I have taken prednisone in the past, to help recover from injuries and this supplement made me feel like I was taking a course of prednisone. I am back to actually looking forward to working out and not dreading the pain I had been working through. Additionally, i have noted a decrease in my blood pressure, as well as improved energy levels.Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

My order arrived right on time. For some reason I thought the bottle would be larger, which makes no difference in this case, just thought I'd mention it. The expiration date is over a year out, so props for quality assurance. The lid is sealed on top and underneath.The best part though, is the gummies, believe it or not.They are in really cute little mushroom shapes. They do stick together some, which is to be expected of gummies. The texture is pretty dense and gummy. And they taste great, in my opinion. It's a very strawberry candy-like flavor. I wouldn't know they were sugar free just by the taste. There is a bit of after-taste, but I have to assume it isn't easy covering up the mushroom.I can't speak on the effectiveness too much since I only started taking them today, but I did spend an extra frustrating hour trying to fix my PC today so maybe that's saying something.My only complaint is the text on the label is super small and hard to read even though my eyesight is not that bad (I'm 35).

Soooooooo, I have been taking Ashwaganda gummies for quite some time now, and when my favorites were not going to be delivered (I'm guessing because there were not enough in stock) through my Subscribe and Save, I immediately began searching for a replacement. I stumbled upon this one and just thought "good enough"!They are pretty- if the eyes determined the satisfaction of this product, I would absolutely give it a 5+. The mouthfeel is wonderful. A great chew. Love it. The flavor, however, is so disappointing, and one I have never experienced in an Ashwaganda gummy before. Ew. Ick. Yuk. Sorry- just want to save some of you the hassle if you have sensitive taste buds and don't enjoy bitter.Thankfully, my old tried and true are available again. I sadly cancelled this Subscribe and Save. I really wanted them to be all the things, and they ALMOST were.

I got tricked by all those ads saying these gummies would make you into a productive person, they do not do that at all. Dont fall for the ads saying they do, they dont. This was an embarrassing purchase for me, as I wish I had returned it but was hopeful that it may just take some time for them to work, this was not the case - they simply do not work. I do not feel calmer, I get the same amount of nothing done as I do without them, therefore their value is not worth it either. Trash product.
