The clip on one of the fins has broken. what means do i have to replace that clip. am willing to buy two if needed. thanks in advance, edwin

They do sell replacement straps. I replaced my rubber straps with spring types. Easier to get off before climbing a ladder to getback in the boat

Are mine sized right? i ordered a small because i wear a ladies 8-8.5. they "fit," but when i tighten the straps, there's 6" flapping on each size.

It sounds like you got the right size, but wondering if you are wearing booties with the fins? That would help a bit and makes it more comfortable overall. There will be some left over strap either way.
