This is the most expensive blend of mushroom powder supplement that I've reviewed so far and I've reviewed a lot of them. As of this review one bottle costs $41.50 and I've reviewed many under $20.00. That said, I like the wide variety of mushrooms included in this mushroom supplement and am always glad to see Chaga mushroom included. I buy Chaga separately as a powder because it is so incredibly good for the immune system. All of these mushrooms in this supplement are extremely good for health. Hubs and I have been taking a blend of powdered mushrooms everyday in our morning coffees for the past 2 years and so far have not gotten the least bit sick with any cold or flu virus. I think this is an excellent powdered mushroom supplement with some of the best mushrooms for good health.

Designs for health has always been a premium maker of supplements for me and with this blend of mushrooms they have met my standards for a quality product. Ive been taking them for almost 2 weeks now and I feel more clear headed when taking this blend. 3 capsules are the serving size per day, and it’s a 1 month supply. It appears as though they are using the fruiting body of the mushrooms instead of the mycelium, which is exactly what I wanted and expected. It tastes like the fruiting body, and the color also is a match for ground mushroom powder of this assortment. Very pleased and highly recommended!

I really like the combination of mushrooms in this supplement as it makes adding mushrooms and all their health benefits to your diet very easy. Immune boosting (chaga, reishi, turkey tail) brain boosting, stress release, cancer prevention (Reishi, Chaga), control diabetes, depression, inflammation (Cordyceps) even mushrooms that supply amino acids and antioxidants (Maitake). It is all in one capsule and easy to take. For a high quality supplement I wish there were no fillers or excipient ingredients but each capsule does contain cellulose and vegetable stearates. It is pricey at $41 a bottle but a person has to decide what is important to keep your body a well functioning machine. As an added bonus the company is very good to deal with as my bottle arrived broken and unusable (shattered glass everywhere). They replaced it immediately which was really appreciated.

I found that within a few hours of taking this supplement I felt noticeable irritable. I noticed this happened specifically on days I had taken it although I am not sure exactly why.

My doctor and I both trust the quality of this brand’s products even though they are more expensive than some other brands. What I liked about this mushroom blend is that they are American grown mushrooms. To be honest I question the quality of the product when I do not know where the mushrooms come from. Knowing these are American grown mushrooms purchased from trusted mushroom growing farm companies makes the additional price worth it.

Yes, 41.50 for a 30 day supply is a little higher than most mushroom supplements. But, you get what you pay for, these are high quality mushrooms that help with overall health, such as immunity, brain health, heart health and stress. I started noticing that I felt better after a couple of weeks, hard to explain just why, but overall I didn't feel as sluggish and run down that I've been feeling as of late. Easy to swallow capsules with no stomach upsets. Worth every penny.

This is one of the few products that has everything I want in one capsule. I usually feel the impact within 10 minutes of taking the pills. Very good. I'll be buying more.
