The G Zero with Protein Cool Blue flavor that tastes really good. I drink it any time of day, (morning, evening or night). I prefer to put it in the freezer for a couple of hours, take it out for 15 mins before drinking it and it is nice and cold. This is my favorite drink! If you need protein for any reason, this is the easiest way to get 10MG of protein in your system! The bottle does have 230mg of sodium. It has 50 calories in the bottle too. 1 Carbohydrate, ZERO SUGARS and ZERO added sugars. 70mg of Potassium. This is for electrolytes. I take one to the gym, especially if I feel a little sluggish or thirsty. You can always refill it with water after drinking it. Another reason this is my favorite drink is it is convenient to quench my thirst, *rather* than reaching for a drink with a lot of sugar and additives. I have these handy to drink everywhere: my refrigerator, my car, work. I like taking these on the go because of it’s excellent protein intake and I feel great after drinking it. *****There is no blender needed, which Is another reason I like these drinks so I much!***** In closing, this is an excellent drink to take on the go, pre/during/post workout, anytime drink.I have purchased it again…. AND I will continue to purchase! . . I have seen reviews saying that it tastes chalky and I have never tasted any type of chalky flavor. It’s not thick. Maybe there are other flavors people could try or have tried. I don’t add protein to my bottle but you can do that for your personal reasons. Update: The price has gone up but it’s on sale from time to time. Great value at .25cent a piece! Alittle sweet for me but I add alittle h2o and they are perfect. I need extra protine and these help out

My new fave water. However, because I drink them all the time, it can be a little pricey ordering as much as I do. I've recently found another source to order them from where they are less expensive.

If you’re used to drinking sugar free blue Gatorade, this tastes just like it. It does have a thicker consistency to me, almost like I’m drinking maybe coconut water. It does leave a small chalky feeling in your mouth but it goes away after a little bit, and I am used to it after drinking so many protein products so it doesn’t bother me as much. I got these on sale on Amazon Fresh and I’m glad I bought them. Glad I took the risk and got these despite all the bad reviews as it definitely served its purpose.

It was ok, I could taste the sweetener in the back of my throat and the chalkiness of the protein powered. I always try to drink these type of drinks but they never seem to be exactly what I like. If you don’t mind a slight chalkiness to it and the taste of sweeter then this product if for you. If you’re more like me. Then I’d say huh the regular kind instead Amd make yourself a protein shake after.

I loved the taste of this new flavor. I look for drinks that have protein in it and less on the artificial side. Not sure how it’s created without sugar but I like it. I would buy again.

I bought a pack of 4 on sale for a dollar, and even if it had 10 grams of protein for just 25 cents, I refuse to drink this stuff. It tastes and smells like vomit - chalky and absolutely nasty.

Better options out there for both cost AND TASTE. Great concept for a drink...0 sugar and the whey protein added in. However, you can distinctly taste the whey while drinking and it lingers in your mouth afterwards. Washed it down with another protein drink just to get rid of the aftertaste/feeling. Surprising given how competitive and packed the sports drink/protein market is that something like this could make it through. For regular price I would not buy, but glad I was able to try at $0.25 a piece so I don't feel so bad about burning money.
