Great helmet
Very comfortable and lite weight helmet. Connecting the Bluetooth was a bit tricky as the helmet does not come with a manual. You must download their app to get it. Haven't ridden with it yet but don't think I will be disappointed. This is the exact same helmet that my local Harley dealer is selling but at a higher price. Love all the features on this helmet. The sun visor operates easily with one hand and the face shield opens and closes easily as well. Sound quality of the speakers and mic are also very good. I would definitely recommend this to others looking for a quality helmet. The seller sent the helmet quickly, in fact I received it about 3 days earlier than expected.

Head measurement is way off, but it maybe just me.
It is a snug fit but everything you could ask for. Pros: speakers are loud, sun visor, easy controls and connectivity, good airflow, Cons: microphone gets in the way when closing helmet, location of the bluetooth control, no pinlock visor

I guess XXL is a relative term, but 63cm shouldn't be though, right?
I was so excited when my helmet arrived way before it's scheduled delivery date. Was very much looking forward to using it right away but unfortunately it didn't fit. I was very careful to order the correct size, and indeed the size ordered is what was delivered. However despite it having the same dimensions (64cm) as my current helmet, it felt like a child's helmet on my big fat head! Not only did the helmet not go all the way down to my jaw line but my nose barely fit when the helmet was closed. So sadly it would be unsafe for me to try and ride with this helmet. Listen, if you're a big man like me just keep in mind ordering anything you're going to wear, online, is a dice roll at best. Otherwise looked like an awesome helmet.

Not very comfortable. Bluetooth doesn’t really work.
I regret to share that my experience with the Sena Outrush R helmet has been less than satisfactory. Despite opting for their largest size, the 2XL, I found the comfort level to be severely lacking. The insufficient padding resulted in discomfort, as the rigid components seemed to grind against my head. This discomfort reached an unbearable point after just two hours of riding. While attempting conversations, the helmet's performance somewhat improved when paired with a tall windscreen. Although communication was feasible, both parties had to contend with wind noise even when the helmet was closed. Conversations became nearly impossible when the face shield was raised, and attempting to engage with the jaw module elevated proved even more challenging. Regrettably, my attempts to enjoy music while wearing the helmet were met with disappointment. Even at maximum volume, I struggled to hear anything clearly. This significantly diminished the overall experience and left much to be desired. Considering the aforementioned drawbacks, I have decided to return the Sena Outrush R helmet and explore alternative options that offer a more comfortable fit, better conversation quality, and improved audio performance.

Very comfortable if you get the right size.
The first helmet I ordered I used the size guide. I measured my head and it suggested a large size. I know that is too small, so I went up a size to XL. That helmet was still to small. I returned it and got an XXL which is snug but comfortable. It was easy to connect to my android phone. Then Sena app is pretty useless. It keeps suggesting I upgrade the firmware but doesn't give any way to do that. I see other reviews stating the same issue. Helmet is quiet while riding, the visibility is very good. I like the built in tinted visor. The volume controls work well, with turning on and off pretty simple. Great Helmet!

Great Helmet Kit; or, it doesn't arrive intact
This issue has been reported to SENA, case # 537870. I ordered two of these. The first and second helmets arrived as seen in picture I. The part missing is seen in picture III. I just noticed, on a hot day, that I was unable to open the vent. I went back and watched some reviews of this helmet. That is when I noticed the part was missing. I then ordered a replacement helmet and found the policy that helmets must be returned unworn. The missing part, part III allows the vent to open. The second one arrived with the exact same problem. As it turned out, on examination of the packaging, I found part III loose in the packaging of the second one. The first one never had it. I took the part from the packaging and installed it in the first helmet so that I could return the second one. To install it you will need to: First remove the visor, as explained in the videos Second, Remove the chin-bar, two screws that are visible under the visor. Third, remove the inner cover from the chin bar. There are five screws in the locations shown in image IV. Note, in Image IV, the inner cover has already been removed. Fourth, remove the foam, shown in image IV, from the chin bar. Fifth, squeeze the pin shown in image II with a pair of pliers and press the vent assembly out. Note that there are also three tabs holding the vent assembly in place. Six, press the back of the vent assembly as you push part IiI into the front of the vent assembly, as seen in picture V. Seven, When reassembling, be sure to get the seal over the vent assembly, as seen in image VI. Otherwise, it will not go back together. Eight. reassemble. Remember, the screws in the chin bar are going into plastic. Be sure to avoid overtightening them. Summary. I like the helmet. The Bluetooth is easy to use and it seems to work well. That said, when two out of two arrived with the same piece having fallen off, I can not give this helmet a good review. I also need to add. There are claims that this helmet has FM radio built-in. I have read the instructions several times, and I have watched the videos that touch on it. As far as I can discern, this helmet does not have an FM receiver built into it.
