Easy to Use, Sound quality Great! Dual connection works awesome.
I ALWAYS read the reviews on products before I buy. So writing one for the products I buy is very important to me good or bad. I have just had the headset for a few days and already love it. I had recently got the go ahead to go to my office to clear my desk after two years of the pandemic. I had a fairly good headset at the office that I wanted to retrieve. I found that it no longer worked. I charged it up but it would no longer connect through the Bluetooth connection. I reviewed several headsets on Amazon and reviewed the products and the customer reviews. This one stood out by far and I have not been disappointed. I wanted to spend a little more money so this one had a good price. I set it up to use for Zoom meetings with my Work Team and really liked the sound quality. The noise canceling is amazing. I can't even hear my keys when I type when I am using this headset. I specifically wanted a headset that has a speaker on each ear. This really helped in understand people on the phone better. I know that I have a slight hearing loss in my right ear, so having sound in both ears make it so much easier to hear and understand better and we have a lot of meeting on zoom so this is critical for my high level security job. Having dual connections is awesome as well. I connected through the Bluetooth connection to my Linux computer to listen to music. then connected to my iPhone to connect to calls. So I can listen to music. It automatically switches from my Music feed to the iPhone on receiving a call.. Then when I hang-up from the call, the Music feed is reconnected and I go about my work listening to Music. The mute button is easily found on the microphone side earpiece so I can mute when needed and having the mute option red LED lit reminding me I am muted works great. The power lasts a long time on this headset. I habitually put it on the charger every couple of days overnight when I am not using it just to be sure I keep it charged. All in all I feel that this was a really good purchase and I wanted to reward the manufacturer for having a good product after using it for a few days. I highly recommend this product for work and home use.

PROS AND CONS
I purchased this product 5/23/22; it is now 10/7/22 - outside of the return window. I love almost everything about this product with a few exceptions. This headset was bought to work from home for an answering service. There are many pros to owning this headset. It holds a charge for a very long time. Usually, I charge every 3 days, but it is still at medium charge even then. I love that the the mute feature is easy to quickly access on the ear piece. It even has the red light at the end of the mouthpiece to remind me mute is on. I love that it is dual connectivity which allows me to listen to music on my iPhone in between calls from my computer. When a call comes in, the headset actually switches before the first ring, allowing me to answer the call faster. The noise cancelling is high quality as when I have a moment of silence on the call, my caller checks to make sure the call didn't drop. Now, the negatives... I wish the ear pieces were large to fit over my ears for greater comfort. They do have nice cushion but not adequate size for wearing for long periods of time. After a while, my ears are a little sore. Also the range cuts out if I get too far from the computer. This may or may not be typical and is not a big deal for me. I just noticed when i change rooms. The MAJOR draw back is either the quality of the material of the actual head band that connects the two sides, or the design of it . It is plastic, which may be common. Perhaps just mine has a defect in the curing process or something, but about a centimeter above the swivel point on both sides have cracked. I was able to use electrical tape to secure the one side before it could completely separate. The side with the swing arm for my voice, completely broke off. The line that gives it power is still in tact. I have tried using gorilla glue, but it does not hold. I tried gluing it again and then wrapping it in electrical tape. It held for a few hours, but separated again. A third and forth time, I used glue, electrical tape and broken pieces of chop sticks to try to keep it aligned and secure. Remains to be seen if this will hold. I would love if the company would reach out to me to offer a replacement. At it remains, if this doesn't hold, I will seek an alternate brand or price range with these features that I so appreciate. I would think for this price point though, it should have held up longer than 5 and 1/2 months. *** Edited to add *** I still like this product despite its flaws. I have since ordered this again, but I proactively strengthen the weak areas with black electrical tape. I use that so it blends with the headset and is not even noticeable. The company has not reached out to me, though I never messaged them directly either. This leads me to believe they don’t read their reviews. I have discovered another issue. The arm that swivels broke on my last one. I don’t know if it was my fault or a design problem. I was able to secure it in a working position with good ol’ electric tape and ordered another to have on stand by. It still works perfectly with no failure of the electronics of it. If I could find another with the exact same features, I would buy it instead, but I haven’t seen one so I continue with this one.

For the Price - Not Bad
The sound quality with your mobile phone will most likely be real good. However, using it with with Ring Central, Zoom or Teams via your computer, the sound in not that good. It has a tunnel or echo like sound. Others can hear you but the sound quality is now where near the sound quality as it is with your mobile phone. Well, about five months of usage, no problems. Happy with the purchase. Then I got on a Zoom call, and I forgot that I had plugged in the cable for the headset! I got up, totally forgetting that the headset was plugged into the PC, and snap! The right side with the mic broke. The other side cracked. :-( I got some J-B Weld Plastic Bonder and glued it. Well, I put too much on the right side and now I can't extend it adjust the fit. The left side is okay. I'll just be lopsided from now on. The glue seems to be working. Just be careful with the headset. Or, just go ahead and buy some J-B Weld Plastic Bonder with the headset. You will eventually need it. :-) I tried the mobile apps with my phone and low and behold, that sound quality is better than the usage with my computer. So, if I want to use them with my computer, I will use one of the two cables that come with it for a wired connection. It is very nice that it comes with a USB-C and and a 3.5mm AUX cable. Overall it's an good purchase. Oh, very tight on my head, so I can't wear them for a long time.

Updated at the bottom. Go to work from home headset
Wfh essential! This is a great product for anybody who actually has to take calls or call center like work from home environment. I've been using it for months now and it's worth its weight in gold The noise cancellation is so good that I tested it with a co-worker while I was washing something in the sink and they could not hear the water. I also had a neighbor doing some sort of home repairs in the apartment next to mine that was banging around and asked another co-worker if they were able to hear any of the background noise or even hear my baby crying in the next room, no one was able to hear any of that. I work 11-hour shifts and take probably 30 calls a day and no customers complain about audio issues, background noise or not being able to hear me clearly. I've also heard recorded calls while I was using the headset and they come out very clear, my call quality is definitely noticeably clearer than the customers. The battery life is amazing. I always stick it on the charger for about an hour after I'm done with work. And it's always ready to go the next day with no issues. The only advice I have for anybody who has any problems with connection is to always turn on the headset when you turn on your computer and it's booting up and let it connect then before actually signing in. That seems to prevent any issues. The mute button is the best feature that I found. It does not make an audible noise when you push mute, which is great because the headsets that do actually end up cutting off part of the conversation, usually on the customer's side when they're saying something, and it's very annoying to hear it mute on or mute off while you're trying to listen to your customer. The other benefit of the mute button is that nobody knows that you place them on mute except you. The little red light indicator is super easy to just be able to look in your peripheral vision and see real quick whether or not you're muted. My son also has one of these headsets to use for his online school and he loves it. I've also connected this headset to my cell phone and the music quality on it is great. I did want to mention as well that when I'm working from home I do not have both of the ear cups over my ears, I only keep the side that has the microphone over my ear and the other one. I let sit kind of behind my other ear and it's super comfortable to wear all day long during an 11-hour shift. So comfortable that I only take it off during my lunch, on my breaks. I leave it on and barely notice it. The price point for this product is great, this can't be beat in terms of a Bluetooth headset to use for heavy computer use while taking calls, and it's such a great feeling to not be on a corded headset or what I like to refer to as a leash. I've also shared this product with a couple of my co-workers and they love it Just as much as I do. If you're on the fence about what to buy, this is the one. UPDATE IVE BOUGHT TWO NOW AND THEY STOP WORKING AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. TAKEN GREAT CARE OF AND THE MIC STOPPED THEN EVERYTHING STOPPED WIH BOTH SETS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO HAVE THEM BOTH STOP.

Comfortable and economical
What I liked about this item: 1) Comfortable: I work remotely, so I need to wear them for at least 8 hours a day. They are nicely cushioned. 2) Connectivity: they can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth straight up or by using the USB-C dongle they provide. The dongle is the only thing I didn't like. More on that in a second... What I didn't like about this item: 1) The dongle. On my work laptop, I have only two USB-C ports which are next to each other. One I use to connect the power supply. IF the power supply cable is connected, I cannot connect the dongle because it's too wide (see picture). It's nearly .75 inches wide and I'm sure the electronics don't take that much space. That said, since my laptop has Bluetooth, I don't need it. Therefore, it's not an issue for me. However, it might be an issue for you. So, be aware. One thing to consider: Upon successful pairing of the headphones, I logged in to test them out. All the Windows sounds were coming across clear. Then I went to Microsoft Teams to make a test call. I couldn't hear a thing. This is because two headphones devices are listed and it is selecting the wrong one by default. The second picture illustrates this. The attached shows the correct device selected. This might be true for other teleconferencing software like Zoom, Skype, etc. Be aware of this in case you don't hear sound when using these types of tools. For Windows, I just followed the instructions provided in the device's literature and everything worked just fine. UPDATE: I figured out the problem with Teams. If you boot up AND start Teams before pairing the headset with your device, you'll need to open MS Teams settings and select the correct headset. If instead you power up your headset while powering up your device, pairing should occur prior to Teams starting and you won't have this problem. Remember that this could also be true with other Teleconferencing software.

Electronics fine; headset construction is low quality
This headset has a lot of positives: light weight, adjustable, relatively comfortable. The Bluetooth has a pretty good range, though some of my listeners report static if I'm more than about 15 feet away. However, the headset is not very durable. Both ends of the headband, right above the ear pieces, has broken on this set with nothing but normal use. The second break occurred while I was wearing it--I wasn't taking it off or putting it on, just sitting chatting to my friends. (I have a small head, for the record; I have to keep the adjustable headband fully closed.) To be fair, the electronics part still worked--I could hear through both speakers. But after gluing the first break, I now am faced with a second break and the possibility of a new headset. Next time, it will be worth it to pay a little more to get a physical set-up that won't break.

JLab Go Work Wireless Headset - A Budget-Friendly Gem for Productivity
I recently had the opportunity to buy the JLab Go Work Wireless Headset with Microphone, and I must say, it pleasantly surprised me with its features and performance, especially considering its budget-friendly price point. Design and Comfort: 4/5 The headset has a sleek and modern design with a matte finish that gives it a professional look. The on-ear cups are comfortable and provide a good seal without causing discomfort during extended use. The adjustable headband ensures a secure fit for various head sizes, making it suitable for prolonged work sessions. Wireless Connectivity: 4/5 Equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 technology, the JLab Go Work offers a stable and reliable wireless connection. Pairing with devices is a breeze, and I experienced minimal latency during video calls and media playback. The wireless range is commendable, allowing me to move around my workspace without losing connection quality. Microphone Quality: 3.5/5 The built-in microphone delivers clear audio during voice and video calls, ensuring that my communication is crisp and intelligible. While it performs well in quiet environments, it may pick up some ambient noise in busier surroundings. The adjustable boom mic is a nice touch, allowing users to position it for optimal voice capture. Battery Life: 4/5 JLab claims up to 45 hours of battery life, and in my use, the headset lived up to this promise. For a wireless headset in this price range, the battery performance is impressive. The quick charging feature is convenient, providing several hours of use with just a short charging session. Audio Quality: 3.5/5 The audio quality is decent, especially for a headset in this price range. The sound is well-balanced, with clear mids and highs. The bass, while present, may not satisfy audiophiles looking for a more pronounced low end. However, for productivity tasks, online meetings, and casual music listening, the JLab Go Work performs admirably. Additional Features: 4/5 The headset includes intuitive on-ear controls for adjusting volume, managing calls, and navigating tracks. The foldable design makes it convenient for travel, and the included carrying pouch adds a layer of protection. Conclusion: In conclusion, the JLab Go Work Wireless Headset with Microphone is a solid choice for budget-conscious individuals seeking a reliable and functional headset for work and leisure. Its comfortable design, commendable battery life, and versatile features make it a practical solution for remote work, online meetings, and on-the-go audio needs. While audiophiles may find room for improvement in the audio quality, the overall package offered by the JLab Go Work makes it a worthwhile investment for those prioritizing functionality and affordability.

Probably won’t last long
I’ve owned for about 3 years, but didn’t start using it daily until about 6 months ago. Worked fine, held a charge for very long, great quality audio. Then today…. Internal wire that connects the microphone seems to be damaged and caused it to not pick up my voice/relay audio or something. Kind of like I had to finesse the microphone boom arm until the wire would be in a spot where it was able to work. (For those of you who remembered having wired headphones as a kid, it was that same experience just trying to find the right position where it worked.) Did a A/B test on two devices. Same experience on both devices. Then figured out it was likely the internal wire as described earlier. Ordered a replacement because I need it for work, will be seeking out other options incase replacement fails in the future.

Functions well, and early arrival
I was pleasantly surprised by this headset's arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.
