I’ve had this camera system for a year now and It is hands down the best system bar far. The setup is easy, the night vision is amazing as well as the audio. The app is very user friendly and the live chat with support is a huge plus. Overall great value for the cost!

I installed these cameras around the house and they have been working better than I expected. The picture is clear, and the PTZ feature is very useful because I can move the camera view instead of being stuck with one angle. The setup was not complicated, and all four cameras connected fine. I like that they can be used indoor or outdoor, so it gives more flexibility depending on where you need coverage.

The Unit is extremely good and working perfectly Customer Support is nice and friendly Highly Recommended Guys. and recently my dvr stop having error of LAN connection I am asking the seller to sell me a new dvr but instead he resolved my problem guys they are reliable seller they know what to do on their client he help me a lot and you what he promised to me (free replacement for the future product breakdown of my home surveillance unit) your technical expertise and unwavering support of your client makes us feel more secured thanks a lot CKK I didn't make a mistake trusting to buy you and trusting the safety of my family. keep up the good work and more clients to come.

Tech support was quick in responding and very helpful and polite in assisting me in troubleshooting my cameras issues. After exhausting all our options we came to the conclusion that the camera system was defective. Like everything that was man made nothing is perfect but I am happy that this company will do what it takes to make there customers happy and assist u in everyway there's isnt a lot of companies that have good customer service.

We are currently using these and I love them. They have clear images, sound and if u want they also have an intercom type feature so u can talk through them. Plus u can get the app and check up on your home while your away and it will send u alerts if it detects a human. I haven't filed in the settings for that all the way yet so sometimes it catches birds and other non humans and records them but overall they are a good unit.

Very nice camera system for anyone who wants to have a safe feeling for protection your home or office. Great system and easy setup I would recommend this system to everyone and a great price

I've had this kit for the better half of a month. Pros -Good picture quality -Cameras seem to be quality made as well (we'll see when it snows) -Have had little to no issues with the app -IR and flood lights are pretty bright Cons -you have to buy an internal hard drive to record anything and for a half way decent one you're looking at another $100 on top of this price -human detection is terrible! I've had well over 100 notifications in a few hours because of trees and even shadows on the ground from other trees moving. I've had to turn off notifications so now they're only there to go back and check if anything happens. Hit/misses -microphone and speaker are really sensitive, which can be a good or bad thing. Any slight breeze sounds like someone's blowing into it heavily, the speaker can cut out at times and is loud. Loud can be a good or bad thing as well. Not to sure how I feel about those. I will continue to update as I own them if anything goes wrong or I learn to love them. As of now I've opted to keep them. Decent cameras for the price and though I am bummed about the human detection, it's not the main reason I bought them. I'll try to post pictures of the quality soon. Hope this review helps someone!

I chose this system for price and modern features including the ability to add extra cameras via onvif protocol, NVR with HDMI connection to home monitor (my tv) and app to view and control the system remotely. The built in wifi repeater function helps while placing the cameras around the home. This system serves well as a home security system as it does not require running a bunch of wires through walls and the like. The cameras are powered by adapters which are plugged into electric outlets. The NVR has the bells and whistles currently available to home users and I found all of the selling points mentioned on the web page work well with the ptz water proof cameras. The pictures are clear and colorful in the day and can give color at night the bright built in flood lights. The detection sensitivity is adjustable and the audio picks up well and the microphone can be very loud. Perhaps one of most important things to consider when making tech purchases like camera systems is the service provided by the vendor because chances are there will be questions somewhere along the way while setting up or using the product. The service at CKK is excellent with knowledgeable answers given in a timely manner.
