This is a SC16IS750 adapter board with IIC bus / SPI interface, 64-byte sending and receiving FIFO and built-in IrDA single UART. SC16IS750 I2C bus / SPI bus interface, single-channel high performance UART provides up to 5Mbit / s data rate, low operation and ing current; It also provided eight additional programmable I / O pins for the application. The device contains a tiny 24 foot HVQFN and TSSOP package, making it ideal for portable and battery-operated applications. SC16IS750 internal register set is backward compatible with the widely used and widely popular 16C450. This makes the software easily written or ported from another platform. SC16IS750 also offers other advanced features, such as automatic hardware and software flow control, automatic RS-485 support and software reset.
