Pretty good for a boullion base
I was skeptical honestly that cubes would be a reasonable substitute for liquid concentrate let alone mid level restaurant quality. I was pleasantly surprised. It smells and tastes like Pho. Cut up some fresh veggies, a little more protein, a drop or five of Sriracha and you’re good to go. I was very unimpressed with the Indian rasam cubes. No discernible Indian spice flavor of any variety, no heat to the tongue at all. I have to flavor it with garam masala or curry to make it taste even remotely Indian.

Perfect and Delicious Seasoning
It is the best pho seasoning ever and it's gluten, dairy, and MSG free! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I will definitely continue to buy more.

Opened new doors for me!
Super convenient and good taste but... very salty so I use 2 or more times the amount of recommended water and get a much nicer broth than if I followed the package instructions.

Too much salt. Taste is okay but doesn't taste like authentic pho.

These are so yummy to add to your two minute noodles or instead of your two minute noodle seasoning or in your soup the only thing it doesn’t have that seed taste like proper Pho. Other than that so good.

Massel you've done it again!
Another fantastic flavour addition from Massel. Perfect — slightly Asian, yet comfortably familiar for a European palate. Vegetarian, like all Massel products, but truly indistinguishable from versions made with meat by‑products. Definitely worth trying!

So convenient
I am not claiming those make authentic pho, but they have a great taste, are very quick, and oh so convenient. For a fake pho cube, they are great. Just go easy on them if you are watching your salt intake.
