Have sever irritation surrounding ileostomy, surgeons positioned it at / below belt line. Quandary cannot wear underwear with stiff banding. (I am a man - not gay) Got Jockey women tactile promise full brief has banding around the leg (holds the bag nicely and at the top the banding above the ileostomy so it does not irritate or interfere w ileostomy. Trouble is holding my male components same problem cannot have stiff banding, solution women low rise & wide enough to capture male components. I thank my wife who suggested I try women’s underwear. I go over my ego & embarrassment when it eliminated underwear irritation issues. So I wear two layers low rise thong to hold male components & the full brief Jockey tactile promise to hold the bag as well very pliable to accommodate waste bag swell. If you are male & have ileostomy with similar nightmare consider my two panties layered (to handle 2 functions) approach spelled out above. Summary Jockey tactile promise are EXCELLENT for ileostomy bag support and banding above the ileostomy Felina, Dot micro, Amazon & other thongs are very comfortable and performs in my case like a soft joc strap PS 100% disabled vet all the issues above are service connected. My belly is a train wreck hole in my gut & mangled abdominal area a nightmare of pain. More recent years elevated pain 8 - 10 level. Thanks to my wife some of the pain is mitigated.

These are beyond the best. I’ve bought so many different pairs of panties (waisted hundreds of dollars), and these are by far, the absolute best! They are as light as a feather, the stay in place, but stretch where needed. No panties lines. I love the fabric. I bought them in black, now I’m going back for other colors. I hate panties, and often just go without wearing them, but not after I found these! You don’t even know you are wearing them! They The price is good, not great, but good.

Wife purchased these because she needed new underwear. When she first opened the package she was apprehensive and did not believe they would fit. She was wrong. The material is extremely stretchy and she had no issue getting them on. The material is very soft and comfortable. She said when wearing them she doesn’t realize she has any on. She will be purchasing more in the future. Furthermore Amazon price beats others that carry the same brand with their price point.

I had a pair of these from a couple years ago. Very comfortable and actually stay put below the hip without riding up.Really like them. These are the same fit that stay in place, however; they are about two inches higher than my waist...have to turn them down. Don't like that. As for no lines, not terrible but still see the panty lines. I'm not sure there is such a thing unless you go with a thong. 5'9", 125, size 5

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have worn Jockey underwear for years and it has always been my “”go to”. However, my latest order of 6 pairs of underwear did not hold up and each resulted in the elastic band snapping at either the thigh or the waist making them unwearable. Any attempt to contact Jockey for a refund or replacement resulted in an error message that I had the wrong area code. I couldn’t return to Amazon because I didn’t discover the issue within 30 days of purchase. Very frustrating.

These are my favourite Jockey panties. I'm 5'5" / 120 lbs. I buy size 7 and I love the fit, They never ride up and no panty lines.

These are very nice panties. They fit great and feel so silky. Very economical too. I’ve bought them elsewhere and paid a lot more so I’m very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend.

These are fine, but they don't actually have a waistband--just a small (about 1/8") rolled elasticized hem. And the gusset at the crotch is not cotton, which I would have preferred for breathability and health. The fabric is soft, and the colours are good and as shown.

They fit true to size and are very silky and comfortable.
