The stones look to be more pink than purple, even in the photo reviews. Is this the case?

They are more pink. A very pretty piece

Is this tiara large enough for an adult to wear comfortably?

Yes it is large enough for an adult. I ordered a red one and I wore it to my 43rd birthday party. Please see my review and picture.

It says purple but it looks more pink, is it pink?

They are purple but, I think the lighting does that. It is not dark purple. Light purple.

Does the one labeled silver have purple jewels?

I'm sorry I really can't answer that for you, but since the picture shows purple I would assume so. I purchased the pink and blue.
