SUNEX TOOLS 8004BK Side Work Bench for 8013A- Black

Just a note, this is a bolt-on shelf not a hook-on shelf. I've only had this shelf for a weekend but so far I love it. It's sturdy and made with a heavy gauge steel. Given its bolt-on there are no magnets to fail and spill your tools onto the floor. When it's not needed, it easily folds down to save space.

Was able to drill new holes and flatten the top lip in a vice. Bolted right onto the side of a snapon tool cart. For the price, Id call that a win. Might buy another for the other side. Nice and sturdy as well.

tray brings 2 screws that wont fit the snapon cart. the screws it brings are M6 and the cart needs four 1/4-20 x 1” long. youll need to cut off the top lip with a cutoff wheel. theres also 2 bumps on the bottom, i shaved them down with a flap disk on a grinder. it has great finish and its very strong. also its 10X cheaper than the snapon tray. i put some harbor grip tape on top to keep stuff from sliding.

Came a little bent here and there but was easy to fix,used 3m weather strip repair(the black stuff) to stick a rubber mat to it(because even though the photo shows it has one in the picture it's not included)and the other issue was if your not careful you could hit and unsecure the table support which could result into dropping what you have on the bench(easy fix would be secure the support by adding a tight latch,small chain or other means of security)I used a piece of tire wire with two hooks and painted them the same color as the bench(works awesome)But all in all it's good and solid enough for me and used every day with no issues besides the ones listed above (untill they were fixed).strong enough to hold a 6.7 cummins turbo(but with care)

I ended up mounting this to the wall, but I very easily could have hooked it to the side of my Kennedy rolling tool box. It's well built and functional. If it looks to you like it might come with a black rubberized mat on the top surface (like I thought from looking at the picture) it does not. The picture of a red frame with a black work area is a bit misleading. The unit is all steal painted black (it would appear that the paint is fairly scratch resistant, probably an epoxy paint). Nice unit at a nice price.

Fits my Kennedy roller cabinate! All I had to do was open up the slots that already aligned with the 1/4‐20 mounting holes. Just what I needed.

This is a side tray, works with tool box or tool cart. It holds about 30 lbs. It is folding and I can not have my tool cart with out it. I work as a professional auto tech, so I beat these things up pretty good. This one is a very good unit...and it is the right color to match my tool cart. Get one NOW!
