Great follow Instructions
I decided that I was going to remove one of the flywheels so I could put the weight stack on easily without having to loosen the cable. Wrong when you add more weights, you need to loosen the cable so you can pull it tight and the instructions on installing it says to strip the wire brilliant me did not do that and spent over an hour getting the rubber covering the wire out of the hole, so I could re-put the cable back through the hole, #FollowTheInstructions

Easy To Install
Ordered the Extra Weight Stack to go with our P1X Home Gym. Even though it arrived after the unit was assembled, installation was very easy. Once a few bolts were loosened, there was enough "play" in everything to carefully release the guide rods, remove the weight selector carriage, and add the new weights to the stack.

This does NOT work with: Body Solid Functional Training Center with 310 lb Stacks
With the 310 pound weight stacks, there is NO room for additional weights! Being that you have to pay for return shipping yourself, and a quite significant restocking fee, if you are buying the 310 pound Body Solid model, you will be wasting quite a bit of money no matter how you decide to deal with this very bad situation. Even though in the Product Description, it CLEARLY STATES that these are for use with Body Solid model number GDCC200, with the 310 pound model, IT WILL NOT WORK!-( Even though, obviously, those model numbers match up identically.

just the weights...
...pin not included despite being listed in the description. Weights and box survived shipping adequately. These have the nylon inserts in the holes helping them glide on the guide bars. The painting isn't great and most of the plates lack some paint on the top and bottom (possibly scraped off during shipping). I expect some rust there down the road, but you won't see it in a stack; though, I'm not using them in a stack. Dimensions: - plate is 4 15/16" x 10 3/16" x 15/16" (approx.) - guide-bar holes are 7/8" diameter, 8" separation (center-to-center) - selector-bar hole is 1 3/8" diameter in center of plate I could not find these plates anywhere else for a better price; however, the price on Amazon seems to swing by about ten percent every handful of days from seventy bucks to seventy seven.

For Body Solid G3S
I purchased a G3S home gym and was pleased to find out the model was adaptable from 160 lbs. to 210 lbs. with the addition of the SP50 or 50 Pound Extra Weight Stack. When assembling the gym one simply adds the extra five plates to the weight stack. I am very pleased with this addition and the home gym I purchased.

Yep, a bunch of 10lbs steal plates
I purchased these to expand my P2X home gym. Yes, these work for the P2X. They match exactly with the original plates. They didn't come with stickers so hopefully you have some left over from the original machine you can attach, or make your own.

Add when assembling the unit.
Went on easily when assembling my body solid unit. It would be very difficult to add on after assembly

Not the industry standard, but you'll probably never notice.
I ordered these to upgrade an older Body-Solid gym I bought second-hand. While they will work, at least for me, they are not the same as the weights that came with my machine. The originals have cutouts to accommodate a locking selector pin, while these do not. If you're worried about esthetics at all, you may also note that many weights have straight sides, while these do not. If you want a perfect match, or need to accommodate a locking pin, these are not the weights for you.
