5 Stars because Iove the quick absorption of this product. HOWEVER!!! If you are being treated for hypertension, this MAY NOT be the product for you. I guess the only way to find out is : does your BP go high (mine did)...can you sleep ? (I could not). This will apparently not only activate your thyroid, which is good if you are low thyroid. The first time, I took this close to evening. Second time was first thing in the morning. Both times, I was unable to sleep AND my BP went sky high, not just a little...So take this with extreme caution! I think it is a great product IF you have no other contrandications. IF!!!!

I'm impressed! It not only tastes good, but it's helped me with my thyroid eye disease in my right eye (my left eye does not bulge). I've only been taking this about a month and my right eye isn't bulging anymore. My vision seems better and both of my eyes feel more comfortable. They aren't dry and itchy. I started taking it hoping it would help support my thyroids...not thinking I'd notice a difference in my eyes, but I have. I'm so pleased! I'm very self conscious of my bulging right eye. I highly recommend giving these a try:).

This product tastes great. I have only taken it 2 days, so I have not seen any improvement yet. Anxious to see results. It is so easy to take, is very smooth going down.

My Dr suggested I get this while taking hormones she prescribed for me.She told me to take selenium first thing in the morning before any of my supplements. Not sure if it's this or the hormones I'm now taking but I feel energized and glad I'm on my way to getting better.
