When seated, other adjustable keyboard trays try to improve ergonomics by tilting the keyboard's front edge up in order to eliminate "wrist extension". However, standing desk and treadmill desk users soon find conventional keyboard trays cannot tilt down to achieve ideal ergonomics when standing or walking - they were never designed to.
