Would this be good for tracking my cat? And is there a subscription?

The tile sticker would likely fall off your cat's collar, but the normal type can go on a keyring loop that can be added to your cat's collar. Tile is good for finding at short distance, but not really much of a tracker. I use tile as a backup to help find my cat and Tractive to track and find my cat.

Does this fit securely on the new Fire TV remote?

Not tried such and install found a chair arm storage "dog" more useful.

Hmmm I'd say no, it's likely to hard and might get stuck on undergrowth. Liking yer thinking might be another product in Tile's portfolio better suited. Cheers.
