I live in Arizona and use my patio daily sometimes for extended length. I watched the video which helped with assembly. I was somewhat skeptical before making the purchase as Arizona has triple digit heat but once it was in operation on my patio all my skepticism was gone as it works great! I added an oscillating fan off to the side but still able to help circulate (most times not needed) and was happy when I watched the thermometer go from 106 degrees to 84 degrees.I spend more time out side now and don't have to worry about the heat index!

One of my horses is allergic to the noseeums and must have a fan running in his stall at all times to keep them from landing on him. I was at a barn that did not have electricity in the stalls. I was looking for the largest solar fan I could find. This solar fan does work, but isn't great. There are 13 speed settings (not sure why). It turns on at speed 6. You have to put it on 9 to really feel a decent breeze. If you put it any higher it won't last very long. I think it needs a larger solar panel or battery. It's a little pricey for a fan. It's not great but it's better than nothing. For the price, I expected a better product.

The solar fan works great! It lasts for a ling time. As for the mister, it is difficult to get it adjusted and it makes a bit of a mess. But as long as you don't mind getting soaked or having a puddle under the fan, it definitely does the job on the extreme heat days.

I took the misting system to a youth baseball game in extremely hot southern Florida weather over 95°. It worked extremely well. Many, many people approached me and asked me where I purchased it. I think you will have more sales from Florida! Also, the solar panel arrived damaged and was promptly replaced with no charge. The entire system ran for over 4 hours with no issues. I did buy a large 7 gallon pl astic water container to use with it. However, the water tank was still half full when the games ended. Love this product!

I love the concept. Many fans should be solar powered. Makes sense. This one is no good. Misters are great! (Not solar powered) Fan leaves much to be desired. They could have done WAY better for the price. First one I ordered did not even spin. The second one spins but barely. It is unbalanced and weak at best. Find an alternative if you can.

I have been using this rechargeable fan for a few months and I absolutely love it. Helps to keep me cool while doing my chores on our small Florida farm. I keep it with me on my golf cart and have the solar panel set up in back of cart to keep battery charged. Works like a charm and in this 90+ degree heat it is invaluable. Haven't used the mister. But the fan alone is worth the money.

The Labor Day weekend was a hot one! Working outdoors all 3 days in this heat was miserable! Now thanks to my Extrememist fan purchase I won’t be miserable in this kinda heat again! Bring it on Mother Nature!

We just received the fan and set it up for a test run. I love love love that the fan is solar powered. Now we can take to concerts and to the beach for hours of enjoyment. The downside is the mist pump, which runs on a separate battery power. I wish there was an option to buy a 2nd solar panel for the pump. Hoeever in reality, you will probably run out of water before the battery dies. When the pump is on a high setting, it will fly through your water source, but on low it will probably go through about a gallon an hour. The functionality is awesome. The fan and mist will easily cool a 10x10 space (canopy size). Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
