I've had these since April now but the mic had recently broke, I was gutted as they're so comfy and I use them 40+ hours a week, great battery life and amazing being wireless! I contacted the sellers due to the warranty, sent photos of my order receipt and the broken headphones and they sent me a code for a new pair!! The website unfortunately wouldn't work for me however they quickly helped by placing the order for me! They replied so quick and happy to help, I'm honestly so delighted as I've just moved, changed job and couldn't afford to fork out more money! Highly highly recommend, looking forward to continue with the new headset!!!❤️ Brilliant, use for working from home and god I love wireless so much, the mute button is great and soo handy too, super loud and so comfy for those long days and the mic is brilliant too. Noise cancelling is also good and great battery life, I do 9hour shifts and usually lasts round 3 days with ease, doesn't take long the charge!

Bought these as a replacement for a Jabra headset that finally disintegrated after continual daily use since March 2020. I have quite a large head (not Mekon standard but above average) so far east headphones can be tight and uncomfortable. This headset fits quite well. The padding on the head bar doesn't cause any pressure sores, the ear padding is also comfortable after a long day on calls. On a hot day, ears aren't all sweaty either. The downside for me is the earpieces seal onto the ear too well. When speaking you get that 'underwater' feeling when you can't hear your own voice. I like the audio feedback so I don't shout or sound nasal when speaking. Some apps will allow a feedback setting which is OK but not ideal for me. That lost them a star in my rating. Audio volume and quality is good. They won't replace your Dr Dre's or Skullcandies but for audiobooks and general listening they are quite sharp and clear. Battery life is very good. On calls all day drain is about 60%. Full charge on USB 3.0 in about 3 hours. Over time, battery life will reduce depending on the quality of the fitted battery. Bluetooth connectivity is dead easy and range is good. They do support 2 devices but how to get the second device to work without disconnecting the first is a mystery. The mute/answer/end call button travels a long way. A surface button would be a lot better but it works and for the price, I can't really complain. As an all day calls professional workshorse, Jabra is the brand, price is the downside. For intermittent use plus Twitter spaces and Teams, this headset is good value and performs well.

First of all, these headsets do not have a noise cancellation feature, so I have no idea whatsoever why Amazon want me to rate that feature. Obviously 0 stars for that. Even Jlabs don't make that claim! After that it had to be said that this is a terrific headset for the money. Light and comfortable, easy to install, runs for ages between charges. It's fair to say that it will satisfy 99.99% of users 99.99% of the time whether it's being used for an Office Teams meeting, multiplayer video game, to watch a movie or tutorial, or listening to music. Sound quality is pretty good with bass frequencies reproduced powerfully down to about 20hz with little flutter, although I was slightly disappointed to find that at the upper end the frequency response tops out at a mere 15khz. I was hoping for at least 18khz, but the cut off is so dramatic I suspect this is by design so that anyone using it for many hours continuously is protected from high frequencies that could cause headaches, so this could well be another very positive design point. Also it is basically marketed as office equipment rather than HiFi, so that's fair enough. I like that the mic lights up red when muted. When I'm awaiting my turn to speak in a Teams meeting, I mute my mic on the headset not within the Teams app. This means I'm not frantically trying to get my mouse back into the right place to unmute myself when my turn comes - I just click the switch on the right earpiece and I'm on. The mic arm rotates both ways so you can have it on the left or right side, but if you have it on the left, the left and right stereo channels are flipped, so if having stereo sound with the mic on the left is important to you, make sure your phone or sound card can flip the stereo channels back for you. Overall, 4.99 stars.

It’s very rare I do a review without Amazon prodding me to remind me, but this is one of the rare ones. Bought these to go with a new iPad Air that no longer has a headset mini jack socket three weeks or so ago, and have been using them a lot since. Very, very comfortable while wearing my glasses. Possibly the best of the headphones I’ve bought over the years. Decent bass. They’re on ear and have thick foam padding, so the sound isn’t completely isolated, and I can still stay reasonably aware of what’s going on around me. For me, that’s a plus. Has a function to provide foldback from the mic, when used with Bluetooth, so you can hear yourself clearly when you’re in chat, which is very nice. There’s no charger in the box, but it comes with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable and USB-C to headset mini jack cable. You can use any USB to USB-C cable with any of the dozens of chargers you already own, though. I’ve been using it for chat on Discord and PSN, routing through my iPad while playing on my laptop, and it works brilliantly. It’s just as good plugged into my work laptop with the mini jack cable for Teams calls, or for just watching video on devices. For the price I would absolutely recommend, without hesitation.

The sound quality out of the headphones is quite good and is more than good enough for the intended purpose, where the sound quality falls down a little is the microphone. I use this for making calls and Teams etc and unless you position the microphone in a specific place some users report they can hear an echo during the call. The actual headset is lightweight and comfortable and can be worn for prolonged periods if needed without any discomfort. The one real issue I have with the headset is the large button which is a dedicated mute button, for me I would rather have this button configurable via a software utility so it can become a call answer/cancel button.

So i'm an IT engineer and I had a requirement for a wireless headset which would connect to my mobile for making calls and to Teams on my laptop. This set seemed to meet the requirements perfectly and was a great price. Brilliant I thought. Connected it up to my phone and laptop, following the official instructions and it worked great.... for 1 call. As soon as my first call finished and i tried to make another one, i received a message on Teams saying 'Your mic cannot be found'. The audio devices were set correctly within Teams and the computer audio was set to the headset. I turned the headset off and on again and this resolved the issue. Then... 1 call and it broke again. I then received a call on my mobile and answered it and the phone was trying to put audio out of the headset, but it just didn't work. I had to switch to loud speaker. Once i'd finished the call, i disconnected the headset and reconnected and made a call on my phone. Brilliant, it worked fine, then Teams broke! I emailed JLab support to which i received no reply. There's no way to update the firmware on this headset, so the flaws can never be fixed! Contacted Amazon and they were great and arranged a return for a refund. I'll be spending more money on something from a recognised brand in future.

Great headset. Light weight. Good build quality. Nice mic boom. Comfy for mid term use but slightly overtight for all day use, leaving ears feeling a little squished Sound quality is very good for meetings and music but slightly over boomy on bass. They present an agile and detailed sound with music, certainly not tiresome but the bass might be slightly too aggressive for some. Not noticeable on voice calls though (diff Freq). Mute light on mic boom almost impossible to see (maybe my eye sight) but love the mute button the headset rather than using Teams or handset. Nice touch. However button is mechanical and has got stuck on mute a couple of times (just press in centre to release properly). Range is very good. I can still get signal all round my house outside with laptop in lounge. Approx 15m max as stated in manual. Switching between connections not always mooth but not sure if that's Teams or Bluetooth adaptor. Sadly the set doesn't come with a usb adaptor so need to buy one too (about £10 for a decent one v5.0). Quick charge times and good accessories. Batt life so far is brilliant - a charge per week being more than enough and I am a mid to heavy user - maybe 5 hrs per day for meetings. The price is unreal at just over £49 compared to rivals at 3 or 4x price. Very pleased.

I tested this against headsets from popular brands such as the Jabra evolve 2 65 which is 4x the price and it won by a huge margin when it came to microphone noise cancelling and mic sound quality. Thus I bought a pair for everyone in our office. Everyone fell in love with their pair until we all noticed our headsets breaking in the same location - both sides of the headband where it meets the swiveling part of the speakers, just under the two screws. This could be down to a design flaw that makes it easy for cracks to emerge and propagate especially when it is weakened due to cold weather such as when left in an office overnight in winter. summing up: pros: 1. Great sound quality 2. Class leading mic noise cancellation 3. Good set of features 4. Comfortable 5. Good price Cons: 1. Weak construction 2. Muting does not sync with teams 3. Could do with a dongle for laptops 4. Noise cancelling mic does not work in wired mode

I was pleasantly surprised by this headset's arrival several days ahead of schedule from the USA to Singapore. I initially had problem getting the mic to work and contacted the seller who offered to replace this headset. But after some more exploring the headset, I got the mic to work. It turned out that I misunderstood the red light at the tip of the boom mic to mean LIVE, and vice-versa. The real situation is the Red light indicates the mic is muted. Now, the headset works well, and I used it for Zoom and MS Teams meetings and able to momentarily walk away from my computer during the meetings. Will buy again for its quality and superb customer service. 5 Stars rating here.

Acheté en 2022 pour le travail, à présent, lorsque je suis sur Teams, mes interlocuteurs ne m'entendent plus et ce, de manière aléatoire. Je suis connecté mais ils m'entendent, ne m'entendent plus, .... c'est assez désagréable de repasser en filaire sur Teams en plein confcall... Du coup, très content la première année et à présent inutile car je ne le connecte plus en raison de son fonctionnement aléatoire. j'ai envoyé un mail au support international mais je ne m'attends pas à une réponse... MAJ du 30/01/2024 Le support International m'a répondu, après avoir justifié le faux contact du produit, ils me l'ont renouvelé avec la version 2.0. il semble plus quali et je pense que ce faux contact devait être un problème connu chez eux. Du coup, le nouveau casque fonctionne très bien et me convient aux confcall pro et persos. La musique passe bien sur le casque par ailleurs et le retour micro qui n'était pas présent par le passé est assez intéressant. Bref, je valide et j'en suis à présent pleinement satisfait.
