Lovely tasting noodle
Really nice noodles! Hold their shape without turning to mush. Very good in soup! I added them to the broth as I reheated each portion instead of cooking it all up and storing it. May need a little extra water added to the soup when reheating each portion and they take about 8 mins to cook throughout

Where very good in pur home made Pho. Just the right consistency and firmness needed in a noodle.

Good noodles
Nice rice noodles, good amount of chew. Perfect for noodle soups but probably would be good for stir fry too. Shame the price has gone form £1 to £1.40 now

Perfect for using in chinese-style soups. Often use these in my Ninja soup maker. Comes out perfect. Love them! 😋

Fantastic texture
Fantastic texture when cooked. I boil hot water and use it to soak the noodles in before hand with a cup of cold water and then wait for them to soften until about almost a little harder than al dente. Drain out and next stir fry them with ingredients and the texture turns out great.
