Babyletto Madison Swivel Glider, Ecru Microsuede

I was at a children’s furniture store shopping for a baby gift with my 6’3” 15 year old son reluctantly tagging along. They had this chair on the showroom floor and my son sat in it and declared it the most comfortable chair ever - it rocks and swivels and the microfibre fabric is so soft. The store staff said we couldn’t buy the floor model and that it would take 8-10 weeks to get one plus I would have to pay extra to have it delivered to my house. I went home and ordered this one on Amazon (price was the same as the store but delivery was free) and it arrived at my door 2 days later. I put the chair in our rec. room, where it takes up very little space because of its small footprint. Now it’s the most popular piece of furniture - my boys and their friends love it for gaming and watching tv. Not sure how the white colour will hold up with a bunch of big teenagers using it. The covering is removable but not sure if it can be washed however the chair is so solid that I it could probably be reupholstered when the fabric is totally done for.

The chair itself is very comfy and great material. Easy to get in and out of however it is has a very low back so it’s not the best for a nursing chair. I’m 5’ 6 and for anyone taller than me it would really hurt your neck.

Very modern and quite comfortable... love it!!!

We bought this for my daughter's nursery. We wanted something smaller which could be transitioned to something other than a nursery once she doesn't want to be rocked anymore (those days go too fast). We ordered this because it was Prime eligible and seemed to be small enough, yet versatile enough to last beyond the nursery years.Likes:- Quality of the materials. Chair is very soft, but supportive. It is also very quiet, which was a concern of mine. No one wants a creaky chair when they're trying to get their baby to sleep- Small footprint. Baby furniture tends to be big, so getting a smaller chair allowed us some space for toy storage bins when arranging the room.- Size - My wife is 4'10, while I am 6', so I knew she would be fine in this chair, but I wasn't sure about myself. I do miss having a higher back to lean against, but the armrests sit in a perfect spot while feeding/rocking my daughter.- Lightweight - Carried it up to her room by myself with no issues, and easily fit through doorwaysDislikes:- None to speak of. I'd say the Ecru color we chose might not be ideal for a baby room, since it'll show any stain, but a can of Scotch Guard should prevent most potential disasters.

I upgraded the “kids chair” I had in my living room with this. Mostly it is for my son to sit in, but it is big enough for an adult despite its small footprint and it is very comfortable. We tried many chairs at IKEA that didn’t swivel but had a similar footprint and none we’re nearly as comfortable as this chair is. I am a 6’ tall man weighing close to 200lbs and I am comfortable in here. If I try to type on a laptop while sitting in here I get a little cramped in the elbows but otherwise its plenty roomy. Looks good, too, and does not look like a nursery item in my living room. Just looks like a normal chair and fits in with the rest of the furniture.
